AS Consult is a specialized consulting agency for third-country recruiting and offers comprehensive advice and support in overcoming administrative hurdles related to the employment of third-country nationals in Austria and Germany.

Our interdisciplinary team – consisting of a lawyer, a business economist, an HR expert, and an experienced back office – ensures high-quality consulting and provides fast processing to enable qualified professionals to integrate into the labor market quickly and legally. After a careful selection process and suitability tests (e.g., private reports for assessing the chances of obtaining a Red-White-Red Card), we assist and represent our clients based on a power of attorney according to § 136 para. 3 GewO, take care of all correspondence, and significantly relieve companies. We also submit applications on behalf of employers if necessary, and personally accompany candidates to required authorities.

Additionally, we offer advice on company formations and handle the complete setup process, particularly for third-country nationals who wish to start their own business in Austria. Third-country nationals require a residence permit, which also allows them to engage in dependent employment. For regulated trades, equivalence of foreign qualifications is often required for practice. For obtaining the Red-White-Red Card, at least the comparability of the education is required. We assist and advise our clients in these processes as well.

As a member of the Chamber of Commerce, we maintain close cooperation with the Foreign Trade Centers of the respective countries of origin to efficiently coordinate and expedite international procedures. We have an extensive network of partners, including tax consultants, lawyers, and notaries, which allows us to cover legal, tax, and formal aspects comprehensively. This network is complemented by professional recruiting and headhunting agencies, as well as relocation specialists, who provide a holistic service package from recruitment to successful integration. This enables us to professionally handle the needs of larger companies as well.

Description I hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership/Strategic Management and Controlling/Finance, along with many years of executive experience as Managing Director in Austria and abroad, as well as solid expertise in corporate management. Over the past three years, my main focus has been on supporting migration processes for foreign professionals. I have further deepened my economic and consulting expertise through my work as a tax advisory trainee and my current studies in Law. This combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge makes me particularly well qualified to competently support companies and professionals in the complex process of skilled labor immigration. As an independent business consultant, I specialize in international personnel consulting and global employment consulting – with a particular focus on founders from third countries, innovative solutions for professionals in shortage occupations, other key personnel, and highly qualified individuals from third countries. My responsibilities include advising companies on personnel matters, recruiting professionals from third countries, preparing private expert opinions, supporting operational implementation, and – within the scope of my consulting activities – professional representation, particularly in applications for the Red-White-Red Card (acting as the company’s authorized representative).
